插画工坊交易与创作安全守则
- 学堂不经手钱：学堂只提供这个空间和两份模板，不参与、不担保、不经手同学之间约定的钱，学堂自己也不收购画作、不发工资、不发悬赏。
- 只要牵涉真钱，两边都先告诉家长。钱怎么给、什么时候给，家长知道了，出了问题也有人商量。先从小单开始，合作过一次再谈大的。
- 只贴你自己画的。别人的画、网上找的图不能当成自己的贴出来。

插画工坊 的门开着，但座位要先登记。第一步：注册。第二步：回到这一页。

- 贴画要登录。每张要有标题和图片；说明最多 1000 字。
- 图片格式和大小：只收 jpg、png、gif、webp，5MB 以内，长宽尺寸太大的也会被退回。
- 上传频率：两次上传之间至少隔 30 秒，一天最多 5 张。
- 只贴你自己画的。别人的画、网上找的图不能当成自己的贴出来。
- 不留联系方式：说明和留言里的邮箱、微信号、长串数字（比如手机号、QQ号）会被自动打成星号。联系就在留言里谈，不要把人拉到站外。
- 不合适的用词会被挡下：标题、说明或留言里有不合适的词，会提示你改一下再发。
- 看到让你不舒服的画，点「这张画让我不舒服，举报」。一次举报就会先把这张画从墙上收起来，等工作人员看过再说。你不需要攒够几个人一起举报。
- 「接单」标记 60 天后自动失效。还想接单，就再贴一张新画并重新勾上。
- 谷心邀约可以拒绝。点「这次先不了」没有任何后果。
- The school does not handle money: it only provides this space and the two templates. It does not take part in, guarantee or handle any money agreed between students, and it does not buy artwork, pay wages or post bounties itself.
- If real money is involved, both sides tell a parent first. When a parent knows how and when money moves, there is someone to talk to if something goes wrong. Start with a small job; after one collaboration, talk about bigger ones.
- You must be signed in to post. Each picture needs a title and an image; the description is at most 1,000 characters.
- Formats and size: jpg, png, gif or webp only, up to 5 MB. Images with very large dimensions are also refused.
- Upload pace: at least 30 seconds between uploads, at most 5 a day.
- Post only your own work. Someone else’s picture or an image from the internet must not be posted as yours.
- No contact details: emails, WeChat IDs and long digit strings (phone or QQ numbers) in descriptions and comments are automatically replaced with asterisks. Talk in the comments; do not pull anyone off the site.
- Unsuitable words are stopped: if a title, description or comment contains one, you are asked to reword it.
- If a picture makes you uncomfortable, press “这张画让我不舒服，举报” (report). One report is enough to take it off the wall until staff have looked. You do not need others to report it too.
- The “taking commissions” mark expires after 60 days. To stay listed, post a new picture and tick it again.
- You may decline a Guxin invitation. Pressing “这次先不了” (not this time) has no consequences.
插画工坊是学堂「赚钱」频道里的画室。你画一张画，贴出来，它就挂在「插画作品」墙上，任何人点开都能在下面留言。
它为什么在「赚钱」频道，而不在「创作」频道？因为学堂里有很多同学在写长篇小说、写故事接龙，他们需要插画；有插画的电子书也更好卖。所以这里有三件事：
- 插画作品：大家贴出来的画。点开一张，在下面留言。想请这位同学画插画，也从留言开始。
- 插画师：现在「接单」的同学名单，以及两份约稿协议模板——一份是作者现在就付稿酬，一份是作者暂时没钱、以后从作品收入里分。谈之前先把两份模板读完。
- 谷心邀约：如果你的画不错，谷心公司团队可能会邀请你给学堂的一本小说画插画。邀约会送到你的信箱，你自己决定接不接。
插画工坊对所有人免费，不需要报名哪门付费课。
/Illustrators is the art room in the school’s “Earn” channel. You draw a picture and post it; it hangs on the Artwork wall, and anyone who opens it can leave a comment below.
Why is it under “Earn” rather than “Create”? Many students at the school are writing novels and chained stories and need illustrations, and an illustrated ebook sells better. So the room does three things:
- Artwork (插画作品): pictures students have posted. Open one and comment below it. Asking the artist to illustrate your book also starts with a comment.
- Illustrators (插画师): the list of students currently taking commissions, plus two agreement templates: one for when the author can pay now, one for when the author has no money yet and shares later income from the work. Read both before you negotiate.
- Guxin invitations (谷心邀约): if your picture is good, the Guxin company team may invite you to illustrate one of the school’s novels. The invitation arrives in your inbox and you decide whether to accept.
The room is free for everyone. You do not need to be enrolled in a paid course.
一个完整的例子（人物是虚构的）：
- 贴画。你在「插画作品」里找到「贴一张自己的画」。「这张画叫什么？」写《雨夜的灯塔》；「想说点什么？」写用平板画的，给我自己写的短篇画的封面，画了三个晚上。选一张 3MB 的 png，勾上「我愿意为同学的小说画插画（接单）」，点「贴出来」。页面提示「作品已经贴出来了，谢谢你！」
- 出现在名单上。这张画进了「大家的画」，带一个「接单」小标；你也出现在「插画师」频道的「现在接单的同学」里。
- 有人来约。一位在写长篇的同学在你的画下面留言：我在写一本海边的小说，想请你画第一章的插图，可以聊聊吗？你们在留言里来回谈：画几张、什么风格、什么时候交。
- 谈到钱之前，你们一起打开「插画师」频道，读两份协议模板，选一份合适的。两个人都先告诉自己的家长。学堂不经手这笔钱。
- 如果有人留言写「加我微信 abc_123456」，页面上显示的是「微信: ***」。
- 谷心邀约。过了几周，你的信箱里收到一封：「谷心公司想请你为一本小说画插画」，附着是哪张画让他们想到你。你可以点「我愿意试试」或「这次先不了」。点了「我愿意试试」，页面告诉你「你接受了邀约，谷心公司会来找你」。
A full example (the people are invented):
- Post a picture. Under Artwork, find the posting form. Title: “Lighthouse on a rainy night”. Description: drawn on a tablet, a cover for a short story I wrote, took three evenings. Choose a 3 MB png, tick “I am willing to illustrate classmates’ novels (taking commissions)” and press the post button. The page confirms the picture is up.
- You appear on the list. The picture joins the wall with a small “taking commissions” tag, and your name appears in the Illustrators channel under students currently taking commissions.
- Someone asks. A student writing a novel comments under your picture: I am writing a novel set by the sea. Could you illustrate chapter one? Can we talk? You go back and forth in the comments: how many pictures, what style, when they are due.
- Before money comes up, you both open the Illustrators channel, read the two agreement templates and pick the one that fits. Each of you tells a parent first. The school does not handle the money.
- If someone comments “add me on WeChat abc_123456”, the page shows “WeChat: ***”.
- A Guxin invitation. A few weeks later your inbox has one: the Guxin company would like you to illustrate a novel, with a note on which picture made them think of you. You choose “I would like to try” or “Not this time”. If you accept, the page tells you the company will contact you.
